We are working to increase sustainable service provision, by reducing reliance on public and private sector provision and working to meet our own needs within our community. We do this by supporting the community ownership, control and delivery of local services. 

The Community Ownership Support Service (COSS) is a Scottish Government funded programme, set up to help community groups in Scotland take on assets for their community, giving them greater control of land and buildings, and helping to ensure local service delivery in the future.
