Poolewe Beach House is a new build property completed in 2019, replacing an old barn formerly used to dry fishing nets. The house is disabled accessible with level floors throughout and accepts well behaved pets. Situated in the heart of Poolewe where the River Ewe meets the sea there’s an abundance of wildlife that can be seen from the comfort of an armchair.

• Lounge: Slate floor. Vaulted ceiling, triple aspect windows with sliding door to deck and garden. Log burner (please see terms and conditions regarding this) with kindling and logs, comfortable seating for 9 including two swivel chairs to maximise your enjoyment of the view, binoculars, TV with sound bar, coffee tables, soft lighting. A selection of books.

• Kitchen/Dining: Slate floor. Induction hob, electric single oven and extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, double sink and dishwasher, microwave, kettle and 4 slice toaster. A large selection of crockery and utensils. Children’s plastic tableware is also provided. Generous dining table/seating for 9, high chair available on request. A selection of board games/ books.

• Utility/boot room: Disabled access via a ramp to the front door. Slate floor. Double sink, washer, tumble dryer and clothes pulley, iron, ironing board and vacuum. Hanging facilities and bench.
• Bedrooms: All bedrooms have oak flooring, either wardrobes or hanging facilities, chests of drawers, wall mounted smart TVs, bedside table/lighting. All have blackout lined curtains in addition the en-suites have blackout binds.

  • Master bedroom 1 is en-suite with a super king bed plus mirrored dressing table and hair dryer, also a comfortable retro chair. The shower cubicle is oversized with rainfall shower and shower hose. Huge window overlooking the bay.

  • Master bedroom 2 is en-suite shower with a super king bed plus mirrored dressing table and hair dryer. Huge window overlooking the bay.

  • The twin room also has a huge window overlooking the garden and the bay.

  • The bunk room has a double bunk with single bed on top. Window to the garden.

• Family bathroom: Oversized, deep bath, large shower cubicle. All showers have thermostatic control and plenty of hot water.

• Outside: Large deck, grassed garden overlooking the bay enclosed with fencing and gate. Ample parking. Access to the beach.
