Dr James Fenton will be facilitating this field course in conservation management in association with The Field Studies Council. The course is aimed at conservation students and practitioners and will be based at The GALE Centre. Topics covered will include invasive plants, carbon storage, native woodlands, grazing and conservation priorities.
Field work and site visits will be carried out in Gairloch, Poolewe, Loch Maree, Torridon and Alligin. The course has been shortened from that previously advertised due to student demand.
