Fee Bellamy –  HECP Administrative Assisitant

Fee Bellamy serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Highland Energy Community Partnership (HECP), where she plays a vital role in supporting the partnership’s day-to-day administrative needs across various projects and services.

With a diverse background in managerial and supporting roles across sectors such as Engineering, Hospitality, Leadership, and Outdoor Education, Fee brings a unique blend of office skills, flexibility, and a personable approach to her position.

Her passion for meeting new people, learning, and building relationships, combined with her desire to contribute to meaningful projects that make a real difference in people’s lives, drew her to HECP. Fee is particularly excited about initiatives that promote sustainability and enhance fuel efficiency in the current climate.

Fee met her husband while working in the European Alps and Nepal Himalaya. The have two grown up children and moved to the Highlands in 2025, fulfilling a thirty year dream.
